This is the journey of a girl who found her passion and inner strength through photography…

If you told me five years ago that I would be doing professional photography for a living, I would’ve threw my hands in the air and laughed nervously at you while knowing deep down inside that you may possibly be right.  Prior to finding photography, I realized just how much I craved artistic expression in my life yet I pursued life in the safe lane.  After an MBA and countless office jobs later, my passion was sealed that fateful moment when I saw the simple image I had taken of a beautiful red rose from my mother’s garden on the screen of my Kodak EasyShare CX 6445 digital camera; yes folks, I’m from the digital age :) !  I saw beauty in that photo, captured and preserved straight from real life.  And just like that, imagery had confirmed my passion for really seeing the world and experiencing it.

What you’ll get from me and from my photos, is an experience that allows you to open up to being your unique beautiful selves.  A true representation of who you are through genuine emotions, comfort, and memories.  Trust me, my energy is infectious and you will no doubt get tired of the countless “!’s” and :) ’s I use in my sentences.  Give me the chance to work with you and this is what you can expect: You may find me dancing with the camera to my eye at your wedding reception, holding back a tear after catching a beautiful shot of you while the sunlight casts a warm glow across your face as you embrace your belly during a maternity shoot, or laughing along with you on a shoot when I ask you to show me your silly side :) .   I get excited just thinking about it!

Drop me a line if you’d like to meet or just to say hi.  Thanks for stopping by; I look forward to meeting you!

See Beauty,
